“The cooking class of the world” 🙂 

• 今回は　”インドネシア料理”　の予定です。(*^-^*)

★アヤム　バラド/Ayam Balado/

　トマトとスパイスを染み込ませたチキン
⇒It is Chicken that is impregnated with tomato and spices.

★テンペ　ピーナッツ　ドレッシング　サラダ
/Tempe Saus Kacang salad/

　大豆を発酵させて作ったテンペとピーナッツドレッシングサラダ
⇒Tempe peanut dressing salad.

★デザート/Dessert/

　黒砂糖餡入り芋団子
⇒Brown sugar bean paste-filled potato dumplings.
